Kirk Slater
With over 20 years experience as a graphic designer, Kirk has built a career rooted in illustration and visual storytelling. He has successfully launched several crowdfunded illustration projects, including a series of custom designed playing cards.
He is now fully immersed in children’s storytelling, as the creator, writer and illustrator of The Non-Magical Adventures of Bella Crumb, a graphic novel that blends humour, heart, and everyday adventures that are powered by the magic of imagination and self belief. The first book will be published by Piccadilly Press/Bonnier in September 2027.
He lives in Essex with hiswife, with whom he also runs The Upturned Cauldron, an onlineshop selling beautifully designed witchy gifts.
