Dide Tengiz

Dide is an illustrator currently based in London. She studied her BA in Illustration at UWE and graduated from the MA in Children's Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art in 2021.

Dide’s work was highly commended in the Macmillan Prize for Illustration 2021 and 2018.

She is currently focusing on children’s non-fiction, and she also enjoys exploring traditional folklore and tales that can be given modern adaptations, especially drawing on her Turkish heritage.
