Amy Douthett

Amy’s debut novel is a funny middle grade adventure.

As well as writing for children, Amy runs a communications consulting business helping non-profits, small companies and creative types to tell their stories. Her clients include philanthropists, physicists, architects, actors and the brilliant Barnes Children's Literature Festival.

A graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, Amy later studied writing for children at City Lit in London before going on to do an MA in creative writing at the University of Roehampton where she was awarded first class honours.

She lives in London with her two boys, aged 8 and 10. They think her novel is the best book in the whole wide world. Ever.
